Jay Hassell
Owner/Operator
In the past 5 years Jay and his wife Amber together have built a real estate empire which includes their real estate brokerage, investment team Spearpoint Investment Group, real estate administrative services and now delivering property management services with Keyrenter Coastal Virginia. Jay is a long time resident of Hampton Roads and has a history of military and public service going back to the early 2000’s. Amber along with their family of 4 children are also very active in their community, church, and public service.
JIM HASSELL
Owner/Lead Property Manager
Jim Hassell grew up in a military family. He and his 5 siblings were able to live in many places growing up. Ft Walton. FL, Homestead, FL, Spain and Texas just to name a few.
After graduating from Virginia Wesleyan College at VA Beach with a degree in Business Administration, Jim found his footing in the automotive business. Jim has worked in the automotive business for over 30 years. Customer service and dedication to his customers are the cornerstone to Jim’s success over the years.

Amber is the Licensed Broker and Executive Administrator for Keyrenter Coastal Virginia. She has many years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, Broker, team leader, property manager, and executive administrator.
